Steamed asparagus with free range egg and Parmesan cheese (v)

Grilled field mushroom filled with ratatouille and topped with goat cheese (v)

Oak smoked salmon with baby capers and chopped shallots

Peas and ham soup



Roast rib of Scottish beef with Yorkshire pudding

Roast Gressingham duck with orange and Grand Marnier sauce

Fillet of Sea Bream with braised fennel and Pernod cream

Pan fried rump of lamb with borlotti bean casserole and rosemary jus

Asparagus and Parmesan risotto (v)

all served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables
