![]() In his youth Pietro trained as a chef in Italy and acquired great culinary skills before coming to England in 1978. He worked in some fashionable hotels, restaurants and clubs in London. He also worked as Head Chef in the most famous Casinos in London such as Les Ambassadeurs, The Sportsman Club, Crockford and the Park Tower to name but a few. Having cooked for Royalty and some of the most rich and famous people in the world Pietro has a firm understanding of how to present quality dining. He finally achieved his dream of owing his own Restaurant after a couple of years of searching for the right location. Pietro and his wife, Nicole, decided Stock village was the right place for them and they have been running their restaurant since 2006. The restaurant is proving very successful and has an ever increasing audience of regular diners. Being brought up in the Piemonte region has had a great influence on Pietro's cooking, nevertheless Pietro thrives on special requests from regular customers (with prior notice!). His aim is to be recognised and appreciated for his passion and love of great food. If you love Italian food, you'll love Pietros, so if you fancy feasting on great dishes accompanied by a selection of great wines, give them a try. Pietros can serve up to 40 covers so evening booking is advisable. Pietros is becoming popular for special events, such as small wedding receptions, anniversaries and christenings. The restaurant is small enough to retain an intimate atmosphere, and if you are looking for the perfect venue for your celebration in a charming and quaint village this could be the place for you. |
